If you have very thick or voluminous hair, we recommend sizing up your expectations slightly, since hair volume affects fit more than head circumference alone.

Spot clean only — never machine wash or put it in the dryer, since heat and agitation can loosen glitter and sequins. For light dirt, use a barely damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry flat. Store your hat upright or on a hat rack rather than crushed in a bag to keep its shape between wears.

Some very light shedding is normal with any glitter or sequin garment, especially early on — it’s part of how these finishes are made. Avoid excessive rubbing, submerging in water, or machine washing, and your hat will hold up well through a normal season of festivals, parties, and nights out.
